The Mortgage Code requires a complaints processing procedure to be in place and this policy is strictly adhered to. You will automatically have access to the Code Compliance Officer that is appointed by any company that is registered with the Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB). For your added peace of mind, in addition to these strictly adhered to rules, by using this website, you have the added reassurance that Bucklands will vigorously pursue any complaint that you may have.
